Le Bar offers an exciting variety of classic cocktails with a contemporary Gascony twist alongside innovative blends. Menu highlights include the floral “Hibiscus Mai Tai” , springy and refreshing “Ramos Fizz” and our personal favourite “Roronoa” Izarra Verte based cocktail .
We have a dedicated team of chefs, sommeliers and mixologists who are very passionate about cocktails, food and wines. We serve and can recommend drink pairings to suit each dish.
At Le Bar we love honest and simple food with dishes that showcase the best flavours from the South West of France. The menu is inspired by the concept of frapas (French tapas), focused on Gascony’s finest ingredients and specialties. All dishes are designed to complement cocktails and wines of the region. Made with seasonal ingredients, Le Bar’s menu also embraces several award-winning dishes from Club Gascon.
Located next to London’s historic Smithfield market, Le Bar shares its wine list with sister restaurant Club Gascon and contains a range of over 200 appellations from France, all carefully selected by our head sommelier Julien. As with our regional menu, our wine list aims to take you on a journey. Discover specially imported wines and spirits from the South West France, many of which are unique to us in the UK.
